Please try and be more ambitious. How about a new tax bracket of 90% for income over $1M. Use that revenue to add dental into Medicare. It’s not that hard.

I got a SolarEdge 10 kWh battery over a year ago, no issues.
Also a Zappi EV charger that was slightly more expensive than a Tesla one but has better features.
