Twin axle trailer at work. Zero brake function. Customer declined repairs. Because there is no legal requirement for inspections on trailers this thing is back on the roads carrying 2 ton of gear up the motorway at 60mph

A few hours relaxing on the lathe yesterday, a traditional sycamore fruit bowl, 10" x 3". Sycamore is often overlooked because if you don't use really sharp tools it can suffer from tear out. However I really like the smooth light colour and subtle ripples in the wood.

Was debating if I should post this one or not but what the hell. Its a one off so here goes. Ash and resin. The blank was originally intended for a coat hook base but I had a daft idea and made these stocks. The resin colour doesn't really suit them though
