A huge yellow, six-pointed star containing the word "Consistency?" next to two stick figures who are both pointing at something, in a way that looks suspiciously like a particular kind of salute...

I tried to use it last month for a seating plan at a multi day event, mixing up people from different leadership groups. I ended up having to check and correct it so many times. I found myself typing increasingly irritable sounding instructions to it.

I behaved myself and just bought one book (Queer by William S Burroughs) plus a little present for James and a Gay's The Word tote bag for me because I definitely need another tote bag (I don't)

Anyway I showered at home and now I'm snuggled up with the birthday boy (8 today!) to play some Dragon Age before bed.

This is from our friends' wedding a couple of years ago where I walked their dog down the aisle but I'm obsessed with how that first pic looks like I'm getting married to the dog.

I asked a question at the author Q&A we went to tonight almost entirely because someone else's question pissed me off. Spite really is the best reason to do most things.

I also finished the book I was reading. Don't worry, I hate me too.

Blaming how I feel today on - 1. Discovering a vinyl fair I didn't know was happening in town yesterday. Lots of walking and standing. 2. Right at the point I was planning a little rest during my swim yesterday afternoon, Abracadabra came on over the speakers and I may have gone way too fast.

All this to say I look forward to being able to serve this amount of cunt regularly (the result of a 2022 calorie counting spree building to a trip to Melbourne for my friends' wedding).

What sort of styles are you looking for? And could they be not Sheffield based?

Last house party I went to (first one in years) just before Christmas, I mixed every kind of alcohol known to man. When I left at the the end of the night, two things happened in quick succession. I knew I was about to be sick, and then my Uber arrived.

It's somehow both more camp and takes itself more seriously than the UK version? Season one of Australia is so so so good, and then in S2 they add "celebs" as half the cast and the Faithfuls play the game so terribly it got the show cancelled because people hated watching it.

I just finished Traitors NZ, and am now deciding whether to do Traitors Australia S2 (already watched the first series) or try again with the US version despite the reality TV "celebrities" changing the vibe.
