Point is, if any unidentified of refusing to identify person ever tries to shove you into an unmarked vehicle, kick their knees HARD in the direction opposite their bend. Bite chunks out of their arms and hands. Gouge their eyes out. Rupture their balls. That's basic self-defense.

The assumption this argument hinges upon is heinous. It asks the average person to automatically assume ANY perceived kidnapping is Alright, Actually because "they're probably cops!" Meanwhile, every school safety program and trafficking NFP—hell, even cop shows!—advocates directly to the contrary.

The key is that AT NO POINT during the interaction would the randos or onlookers be able to REASONABLY conclude that unidentified perps are actually LEOs. It's a Schrödinger's Cop situation: they're not a LEO until we "open the box" and see a badge.
Legality here hinges on assumption, not fact.

Friend, as nicely as I can say this: if holding people accountable for their inaction and ineptitude comes off to you as "immature" and like a personal attack, you need to sit down and re-evaluate your politics and your convictions because neither are serving you or your interests well.

Google is free – he's explained what he means by "asleep at the wheel" and examples of Dems who qualify in basically every interview he's ever done about the concept.

A reminder that STL crime rates had fallen to a 20yr low prior to this takeover, and that the last time the MO state government forced itself into control of a major MO city's law enforcement (KCMO), crime rates increased.

Trump didn’t order CMPD to pepper spray protestors in Charlotte, Trump’s Marines didn’t open up with tear gas in LA, Trump didn’t tell cops in Savannah to detain a protestor for wearing a medical mask. It’s worth asking why electeds in those heavily blue places won’t answer for any of that.
