It's very simple: this is their form of eugenics. RFK and a lot of the MAGA Republicans believe that the sick and vulnerable (or those deemed undesirable) are a drain on our society and need to be culled from the herd. This is just one way in which they are doing so

Which is also illegal, because the Congress passed a spending bill to specifically hire more IRS employees because they were already bare bones, hence the long turnaround times. This is literally because they don’t want the IRS to have time to go after rich people evading taxes
