So this is a good example of 'if you can't bother to write it, why expect someone to read it' Like, I love reading bg texts, but generated texts just punishes me for wanting to understand your setting. Best to leave it out or blur it. Reading is effort, don't waste player's effort.

Some #indiedev advice. If the industry makes you feel you have to constantly keep talking about the new best thing you’re working on. Don’t! Your old games, even if they’re 20 years old, are still unknown gems to many. Your works, all of them, deserve to be seen well after the launch buzz dies down!

Game writing tip of the day: Your text should not repeat what the player can already discern from the visuals So if the player sees a dead body, your char does not have to say 'ohno dead body'. Instead use that space to add more info the player can't see, like 'what am I going to tell his wife?'
