Blows my mind that the album Smile was "about 50% finished"and still manages to be the greatest album of all time. If it were released in 1967 the world would have gone into a collective state of shock, hence they got the watered down Smiley Smile instead.

it saddens me greatly to look at the comment sections on older music videos and see the usual "no one makes music like this anymore" bullshit. ofc there will never be another Beach Boys but there is so much fantastic new music out there if you are willing to look for it and have an open mind :)
