Yes. I agree go may be better suited for large code bases but I can still think of a few project types which I’d say were better suited using JS (w/appropriate libraries) than go. Right off the bat I’m thinking DOM manipulation and FE development, websockets w/nodejs on server, or desktop GUI apps.

Attributing bugs purely to a language doesn’t make sense, language should be chosen based on what you’re trying to accomplish.

Of course stats have meaning, but this isn’t just a bag of valuable coins you are trying to make a profit off of, it’s a team that has to perform well together and you can’t just look at a number someone has from previous teams there are so many things this doesn’t take into account.

many other things make start making sense once you really start thinking about this. For instance the over indexing data analytics and individual player stats when making roster moves and trades seems to be something a team would naturally gravitate to if placing focus on value of deals.
