I love grilling a ton of marinated chicken cause anything I dont eat today can go into buffalo chicken wraps, salads, (and lets be real) mac and cheese, it's meal prep for the whole week for the same time it takes to cook one meal

the trick is that two zone heat- preheat the entire grill on high closed for 5 mins, turn off, scrape clean and oil it up, then turn only the left two on full blast. 5 mins per side on the hottest side, then 10 mins in the 'off' side of the grill, turning every 2.5 mins to get those cross grill mark
