Clearly the party of the working man is in charge now.

Half the country was obsessed with a tan suit and fancy mustard for months. The best of times.

Those ncaa “almost all of us are going pro in something other than sports” need more air time.

One of my favorite population stats is that Bergen county, NJ has more people than Wyoming. Like 40% more.

The mental fortitude to pursue pitching with the last name Blewitt is pretty admirable.

After going to bed before that played out, we were debating why he got third and not just second all morning. Thanks for the clarification!

Yes. To clarify, in the moment it was easy to see why Fetterman won. Hindsight is 20/20 and hopefully lessons were learned.

Conor Lamb was actually a good representative of PA democratic voters. Hope the primary voters learn to recognize what we actually need from a Senator because Fetterman obviously isn’t it.

If you can’t pick a weird color for running shoes, what can you choose it for? Go for it.

Super confused what @espn.com thinks they’ll put in that spot that will retain those viewers or add younger ones. We don’t need more SportsCenter or shows with people yelling across a table about football 12 months a year.

@pablo.show having @tonyreali.bsky.social on @pablotorrefindsout.bsky.social to discuss Around the Horn this week was such a full circle moment and shows what can be when you lift up those next gen talents.

The people complaining about this are the same people (mostly men, if we’re being honest) that complain when players take paternity leave. Men who prioritize their families are good role models. So are the other guys on the team that can adjust for a few days.

Started the episode. Felt an unexpected amount of emotion. Realized I’ll need to listen to this one alone. Don’t ever doubt the value of what you do @tonyreali.bsky.social @pablo.show . Engaging in insightful conversation and being in the background of people’s daily lives is powerful.

I wonder what the elder Quaid brothers think of Jack staring in The Boys. The ultimate “look at these absurd weirdos” show.

Lots of people in literal fights for their survival right now. Sorry, boys, you’re on your own. And you’ll get laid when you grow up and realize the world is bigger than you. Nothing more attractive than empathic, responsible, kind men.

If @jvl.bsky.social is living in the dark place, I guess I’m his neighbor. Both reassuring and depressing to not be alone there. At least we got dessert.

That’s one of MAGA’s things: terrible taste. The aesthetic is so definitively theirs and pretty unappealing to everybody else. I very much love this country, but wouldn’t wear an American flag bathing suit with an eagle on it if it was the last one on earth.

Biden stood in the reddest parts of this country and cut ribbon after ribbon. Then they voted for the guy who won’t approve FEMA requests when a tornado comes through.

Guessing for many of these angry men it boils down to them not having the sex lives they want to, all while the men they make fun of (view their wives as equal partners, take turns unloading the dishwasher, and work white collar jobs) are having lots of lunch break sex while they work from home 🫠.

Feels like the same guys who don’t understand why this is so wildly attractive. Someone in the comments said: Compassionate, responsible, present, and kind. All things in a person’s control. Not perfection. Good humans. bsky.app/profile/solo...

I don’t know that anything has made the liberals in my life as outwardly patriotic as the last 6 months. It’s very, “I can pick on my brother but will punch you for picking on him” vibes. Like don’t dare try to wreck this imperfect mess of place that we’re trying to make better for everyone.

Separate issue about wanting to inspire young girls with junk like this… there are actual brilliant women working at NASA (currently being treated horrendously) that these wealthy ladies could be drawing attention to and who are worth admiration.

Right? This all seems to be because Obama made a joke about Trump, women said stop groping us at work, and a few kids leading really difficult lives asked to play sports with their middle school friends.
