Idk how far your radar horizon is but if it’s less than 5 years this wouldn’t be on it. It’s not in any MODOT scoping lists yet so there won’t be any action until 2030 at best. Most likely mid 2030s

SLPS buildings are far easier to covert to housing than the modern school buildings in places like west co and st.Charles. Unless we have a major birth rate shift or immigration shift, they’ll be in trouble out there by end of this decade. St.Charles pop growth since 2020 is mostly 60+ age

Did you mean to include STL county (1m people) instead of STL city (which isn’t part of STL county and has 300k and definitely not in largest counties (it’s also legally its own county like few others on list)
