I was about 80% ready to buy a new car today. At the dealership: lowballed the trade-in 🚩 finance rate 2% higher 🚩 my rate made car more $ 🚩 I walked out without a car. Now they’re begging me to come back to make a deal. I was already to make a deal when I was there before. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Car buying sux.

After hearing @gruber.foo talk about Kagi.com and then hearing it mentione again on The Vergecast, I decided to give it a shot. It’s great. So is their browser Orion! Decided to subscribe for the month to see how it goes. Clean. Great results. No dumb AI.

Got to play with my new #icom 705. Less wattage than my #Yaesu 710, but easier to transport. I also noticed if you add “QRP” when you’re calling out, it usually grabs activators attention when you’re hunting for #POTA. I would have stayed out longer, but my fingers were freezing! #hamradio
