I’m sure if we discussed how we each define danger to the public we would reach a consensus. It’s certainly a minority of female prisoners.

It is entirely pointless. There are vanishingly few women that need to be held to protect the public. Most women in prison have had a lifetime of neglect and abuse. We owe them and should be helping.

Right now let’s introduce an air miles allowance which is 10% below current total use and let people trade them. The rich will buy them from the poor helping income inequality as well as allowing total flying miles to be winched down.
