See the first problem is that they aren't thinking about it. It never occurs to the people slashing numbers that those numbers represent people. People they pay and people who pump money into the market that eventually comes back to buy their goods & keep the cycle going. Greedy, shortsighted fools

Johnny Cash hands down. It evokes the ache of regret and weariness of a heavy soul. That being said NIN is good when the mood is anguished frustration.

It was market manipulation and he made someone richer at our collective expense.

Perspective drawing and painting became much more popular in the Renaissance, this is actually quite good for the time, at least it's clear what everything is supposed to be.

I love historical context

And how is this being addressed?

I don't get to see them as often but do already follow. I'll make a better effort at seeking them out

I'd prefer to learn any language where it is a mother tongue and spoken in actual context. However, I work in higher education in America so traveling abroad is outside of my budget. So the bird and I are stuck with each other so I can do a job that helps students. Spanish is my favorite to swear in

My 272 day streaks says otherwise lol

I wonder if there is overlap there. What I've found in trying to learn it is a certain sense of logic that is not as prevalent in English. The struggle is real and continues. I disappoint Duo the Doulingo owl often

Sorry to hear that. Perhaps supporting a primary candidate or supporting efforts to have a primary candidate run against them. Far too many politicians are comfortable with their job security. If ours can be impacted by them, theirs should be impacted by us.

As a mother of two adult sons, I never instilled in them the idea that they should live by this pathetic pick me behavior. Society signals it enough without my resistance to it.

I don’t disagree. I will point out that some people make it so frustratingly difficult. It would be easier if we could all at least start in the same book if not the same page

Letting go of the expectations of normalcy and picking up more vocalized advocacy. No matter what I’m living my truth and nurturing my community.

The doomsday evangelical contingent that voted for him believe in the end times happening once the state of Israel fully inhabits their biblical homeland. This was for them and any business that can benefit from the diaspora of Palestinians.

I love this! Last month’s picks came in clutch for me. The inflammation teas helped at a time I really needed them and continue to. Thank you for all you do.

He must really fear the sound of your voice if he is so adamant about silencing it. Perhaps it’s a failure of imagination but I can’t imagine being so small and afraid and hateful.

You are far from an idiot. I feel your pain. So many people that I have known as principled people cannot seem to acknowledge reality. It feels like acknowledging the truth might break them. How would you react to finding out you unleashed something like this on the world because you were conned?

Because unlike the normal pronouns that intimidate them, these weirdos will comfortably identify as racist, fascist, and sexist garbage.

He hasn’t crippled the government, he’s testing to see how much power he can grab. Hope is an important commodity and Trump and his puppeteers want you to feel hopeless. We stand, we support each other, we fight this.

My tea: Golden Milk My thoughts: This may have been the longest week of my life and yet there are still moments of kindness and beauty. We can get through this with community.

His gross misrepresentation about higher employees with disabilities is a not so subtle dog whistle against the differently abled

Sometimes I think about how so much could have been different if more people had just shown up to vote. Thank you for consistently being an example of compassionate leadership
