Marshall is funding a lot of things. Buildings for certain things like engineering and various sports related facilities. Like a baseball and soccer fields. Various small shops & restaurants come and go every few years. The city has been renovating streets, sidewalks and storm drains all year.

Yeah it’s gotten noisier in my area the past year. A small bar with an outdoor patio is close to my apartment building and people don’t realize how loud they’re being. The sound of jumbo sized Jenga wood blocks falling is pretty annoying at midnight.
