My most toxic trait is believing that I could hit the top G on the big "WHYYYYYYYYYY" in Gethsemane from Jesus Christ Superstar if I really went for it. I can't do it now but I'll do it on the night.

I've spent the last two nights watching the first two Mad Max movies—it's so interesting how the concept and aesthetic develop between films. If (like me) you've only ever seen Fury Road and Furiosa then the original Mad Max is basically unrecognisable.

The Lord of the Rings hot take: even though CGI Gollum was groundbreaking at the time (and Serkis gave a fantastic performance) I'm starting to think it would've been better if he was a guy in makeup. Perhaps with some CGI nip and tuck to help him look emaciated.

My most toxic trait is being rude to unsolicited door knockers. There's a particularly persistent local company who I've shut the door on multiple times. Is there a polite way to say "I will never buy what you're selling so every second that we spend talking is wasting your time and mine"?

Every music player has an "add to queue" option, but does any have a "make this the active playlist" option? Am I alone in regularly wanting a different playlist to start playing, but only after the current track and queue are finished? And without adding the whole playlist to the queue?

What should have been a three hour drive on Friday took eight hours due to traffic on the M5. I've never had to drive for that long before, and we didn't pause for a break during. Weird experience, like time had ended. Stopstartstopstart. Honestly feels like a dream when I try to remember it.
