I hope people enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. Let me know your favourite track once you've had a listen. Special thanks go to Pete Rowley from Attic Attack studios for mixing it, and RoughlyTuned for his insight and musical contributions. I will post a link soon once the music is live

Forgive me if I mentioned it before but D6, Em6, Em7, A6 is also a great chord progression

One of my favourite chords that I use in songs I've written or play as a cover. Also useful and easy on a Baritone ukulele as the strings are played open.

That's true

I don't know if it's because it's December but the progression sounds xmassy to me! 🤔

On the baritone ukulele it's DxG2B3E4 for your information, maybe you can use on chord of the day in the future

Nice story, I wrote a poem a couple of years ago called "little egrets", I talk about regrets too! But it's a slightly different story. 🤔 👍

Whatever age your children are now, regardless of age I think it's still the sort of film to create a core memory of for the future IMHO

Although the voicing is slightly different

It's GxC2E4A5 on soprano ukulele tuning

😎 Cool, the chord I refer to is the first note he plays after being hit by the pie!

Definitely worth a rewatch

If you remember the song played in the custard pie throwing scene and the guy on the piano you'll know what I mean. Hopefully the film will be on TV around Xmas!

Yes I wasn't very clear, the "Bugsy malone" musical film. I'm wondering if you know which song and scene I'm referring too?
comment in response to post
If you play this chord a fret up on the ukulele it is similar to a chord used in a Bugsy malone song. If you played it on the Baritone imo what I'm saying would make more sense.

I use the baritone ukulele equivalent of this chord often, adds a nice dimension
