I have lost count of the number of times I have encountered cars barreling down this bike lane or crash into the sign at the Blaisdell/35th intersection. It’s a mess and quite dangerous. Just a matter of time until a car critically injures someone due to the way this was designed.

The paper is our effort to take stock of the various approaches to source tracking that more and more newsrooms have been adopting—retroactive source auditing, real-time source tracking, and automated source monitoring—and identify the trade-offs surrounding each approach.
