As the USA firmly lands in the realm of fascism and heavy authoritarian rule, it’s comforting to see the Democrats fighting back by…strongly worded letters, outraged Bluesky posts and “calling for it to stop”. If only the Germans thought of this in 1934 the world would have been a different place!

Another institution Boris and the Tories have scuppered. They degraded our Parliament with their lies and constant breaking of the “Nolan Principles” and have by appointing Tim Davie have made the BBC a broadcasting service that is a world away from its original purpose. Shameful.

Why are a lot of @lbc.co.uk presenters talking about banning the burqa? It wasn’t in anyones (sensible) mind, it won’t help a country weakened by right wing governments improve, it isn’t even Reform UK policy. Why not try and push progressive conversations or is it rinse and repeat for their Nigel?
