It was the only Eastern European revolution that ended up with some level of violence. Look at the other examples in Berlin, Warsaw and Prague and follow those.

Can they end up like president and vice-president? They would make a killer team.

And the question is why are people acting like this? Apart from ripping out the basis of economic growth of the nation, don't they know how it ends - for them?

π― We neglected to insist on accountability for the unacceptable transgressions against those with little power. Why?

What?! We could be dancing together right now - two lawyers on a mission making the most of it after hours. I am still thereπ

It would be great if you could point out that all the successful transformative movements away from authoritarian regimes were nonviolent and involved measures to keep it nonviolent.

Extremely important. Anyone engaging in violence must be seen as a provocateur and immediately shut down or isolated. Eastern Europeans rising up back in the days of the iron curtain were extremely aware of Stasi-planted provocateurs as was the civil rights movement who had inspired us!

Fantastic ruling. Don't miss the introduction where Judge Boasberg summons the power of Kafka to explain the absurdity that ensues when the state abandons the rule of law.

Here is the introductory paragraph where Judge Boasberg summons the power of Kafka to explain the absurd abandonment of the rule of law. Brilliant.

I wish I could say it's unbelievable, but I regret to say that I expect this court to do no less. The judicial engineering of the last 50 years has come to fruition.
It's perfectly safe to say that Republicans and conservatives will be the downfall of the United States.

In every authoritarian system it is the same thing. Hunt the press so they can't get the word out instead of getting your act together. Because it is the mediocre that ascend in those environments.

This administration is a class in how our society works by way of leader's having to defend themselves. Obama tried to put vocational training on the map in the US. German firms like Siemens resorted to create their own. Ps: Top of the line products of firms like Miele are not sold in the US.

Crucial for the protection of all Americans that this does not pass.

What you weirdly can't see is that the people will blame you as well, Senator. Use your impeachment power. Don't play for perfect timing. Do everything you can.
