Are you on LinkedIn? I'll hook you up with some others who do similar testing. When you say thermostat are you referring to room influence on the weather compensation for heat pump? HPs I see with proper compensation control don't have such a swing as nearly 2Β°

Hi, when you say it has more 'comfort' are you able to say what you mean exactly. I'd suggest your compensated system is exactly the same
But you are correct: heating is a system not a source.

Thanks Jan. Unfortunately we have a critical situation. The supply chain is not there. Training is in crisis. It's being ignored. I think you were part of this experiment.

Hi Katy, does it distract us all from the fact that they shouldn't have a fixed flow temperature? Flow temperature should be dynamic.

Hi Adrian, I don't hear good things about ECO4 reguarding heat pump installations. The poor work going on is bound to have a negative effect on the uptake of Heat Pumps

Hi Tim, that consideration has been looked at. Arguably, they'd need to use certified matched pair temperature sensors in wet pockets. The software would need standardising too...

Some of the unkind stuff I see is from people involved with the climate change discourse. They seem to attack those who are still asking questions. They are not denying anything, they just don't understand. And people pile onto them like a pack of dogs. Very upsetting to see.

Meanwhile... Scotland, with a public water undertaker, has replaced most of it's lead pipes and childhood IQ has gone up...
Many in England and Wales are still drinking lead

the permissable lead levels. They walked away from that as they now recognise no safe level. Orthophosphate has a short shelf life and we import it. I think whenever there's a bit of a world crisis there's an emergency meeting to make sure we can still get it. 2/

All I know is that 10 years after privatisation the water regulations superceded the bylaws. 9 million lead pipes were supposed to be eventually replaced. The dosing of drinking water with orthophosphate (to attenuate plumbsolvency) was supposed to be a temporary measure. The WHO used to set 1/
