I hear you. I don’t have time or money to take an oceanliner, but I have to go home to take care of a family member. I’m feeling squwicky about it.

This is why it's such a big deal that they are in the code. They can make changes to the system. "If contractor == whitelist, then pay immediately without addl approval. Else send to old system." Or whatever they have up their sleeves.

I'm sure they'd find a way to get those payments through. But if SSI payments stop... eh.

Chrissy Hynde stopped her show and started swearing at people filming her. She wanted everyone to just listen to the music and be in the moment. It was glorious.

They have admin access to EVERYTHING. Nothing about the system that was true yesterday can be considered to be true today.
They can program payouts to go through (or stop) if someone farts now.

Elon’s field trip kids are in the code. None of this info matters anymore. They’ll recode it to do whatever they want.

They are also subject to a bunch of rules, including financial disclosure.
None, if any, of those rules appear to be followed in this case.

Non-MD medical staff are vital. School psychologists are just one example of underpaid non-STEM essential workers.

I was a kid who had great grades in AP classes. My heart wasn’t in it. I would have been so happy as a furniture designer, upholsterer, restorer, etc.
Why are we pushing uni on everyone? Make it ok for every kid to find a profession they love.

I‘m 50. I still do this with my sisters.

Not everyone can do that. My kids won't be allowed to vote when they turn 18.

U.S. citizens abroad are still subject to U.S. taxes. There are 4.4 million of us, we’d also like a representative, please. 😁

John C. McGinley seems qualified.
And what does it say about me and the current state of affairs that I read „McGinley“ and thought that a dose of Dr Cox is exactly what the WH needs.

Faith does not sound Canadian… North Americans don’t “pop to the shops” or look like a “dog’s dinner”.
This North American is very distracted by it all.
