From what I had then, my conclusion was it was an incongruence of circadian vs kidney cycles, but light is certainly involved in chronological things too. 🤔 I have citations on edema/kidneys and shift work somewhere around here.

Not exactly my experience (although I had some extremity edema that I think followed a similar time of day based deal)
