I had a life before COVID. I had friends. A career. A community. Very little of that remains, and now COVID is just one weapon they’re threatening us with. Is it worse that I, largely powerless to affect the situation, am laughing and communicating with people, or that you who do have power-

From what I had then, my conclusion was it was an incongruence of circadian vs kidney cycles, but light is certainly involved in chronological things too. 🤔 I have citations on edema/kidneys and shift work somewhere around here.
