Given that the 2 bus runs through town, I'm pretty sure you'd have to live outside the WCC area to require more than two buses, at which point who fucking cares. WCC is absolutely right to prioritise the wellbeing of Wellington residents ahead of theoretical out of towners living in the boonies.
