For designers with website portfolios and About Me pages, most likely no value.
For any other role that doesn’t demand the existence of a personal website, then might make perfect sense coupling one with a Resume.

Got it. Yep, it’s a regular conundrum. Comes more out of the willingness to complain when something feels wrong rather than when everything runs smoothly.
I do also feel that the people complaining the most are still a minority though.
