if you send your purchase receipt and the email you use for Cloud sync to our support email address, we'll take care of it. You can find the support address in Settings > Help, About and Contact. ^E

Sounds like your iPad has lost the connection to Cloud sync. In the settings, tap "Deauthorize account" and then "Authorize existing account" and follow the steps. That should fix the issue. ^E

If you tap Erkenntnisse (Insights) you can see a nicer/more detailed overview of your monthly stats. It also has a few options to share or save a picture (share button, top right), so you don’t have to screenshot. ^S

More options for filtering are available if you have Deep Stats expansion: Players, Player Count and Locations. With the Tagging expansion, you can select a Default or saved filter.

Want more control?
Before opening the Stats-o-graphic from the Insights screen, you can change your Insights how you like, by changing the period and the sorting of the Games list. These changes will be reflected in your Stats-o-graphic.

The problem with logging into BoardGameArena and importing plays is fixed with an update that is available now (iOS v5.5.6, Android v5.5.5).

Possible solutions are:
1) removing the status from the game on BGG, not deleting it from your collection;
2) doing a full collection sync in the app, with the "Check for Changes" button on the Collection sync Settings screen; or
3) opening the Quick collection popup for the game like you did. 2/2

When you delete a game completely from your collection on BGG instead of only removing its collection status, BG Stats does not get an update from BGG for this - there is no information for an item that no longer exists. Only when the game is individually checked, the change can be found. 1/2

An update has been submitted to the Play store that will hopefully fix this issue. This will hopefully be here soon, depending on how vast the review process goes.

From the Year Stats page you can go back to Insights and all filters are available as normal. From Insights you can go to the Year Stats with the Share button. You can find more information by tapping the More info button. ^S

Strange… Does it do that in portrait mode too?
Do you have a specific positioning set for Planta Nubo in 3x3 grids? The Year Stats take the same setting for that. Or do you have a custom imported image for the game? ^E

Sometimes the app store doesn't show an update, but will show it to you when you go the BG Stats page in the App store. ^S
