Yes, they do need to keep the programs that train young people to have a chance at learning the position. The doors need to be more open for all to have a better chance at moving up in whatever position they dream of. But don't tell me a top-tier coach isn't hired because of race.

With the investment they have to make, the color of one's skin is hard to believe that would be the reason not to hire.
