I had my political awakening in my teens, around the same time I figured out I was gay. I've always been quietly thankful it worked out that way because I worried if I wasn't gay I might have ended up just another GenX techie white male Republican. Dodged a bullet there!

Elsewhere I've seen that the Stonewall Inn website maintained by the NPS has had the word transgender removed. Apparently not by NPS staff, though I can't confirm that part. For everyone that thought Trump wouldn't go after the LGBs along with the Ts, please wake the fuck up.
