Today with help from my stepdaughter, we used a second 10' by 10' dog pen to increase the size of our current setup. We now have 10' by 20' with a 10' by 3' entrance area. Yesterday was the first birthday for our puppy girls, so this was a present of sorts.

First day back to work this week after last week's deck rebuild extravaganza. I took a nap at lunch and had two buddies with me. #Scone was on my ear and #Daisy was on my head.

This week, with huge help from my cuñado, I resurfaced my back deck. We removed the old deck boards, back steps, handrails, and spindles. We added new back steps and stringers, a few new 4x4 posts, and then new deck boards, handrails, and spindles. Filler for gaps, sanding, and stain are next.
