Chamberlain may have been out of his depth in 1937 - 1940, but then most UK politicians were.

Wouldn't that undermine and devalue the achievements of those in that group who have made the top grades on their own merit? How would future employers know who's grades had been inflated and who's hadn't? Why does deprived always have to mean black?
