Ukraine did something that the US and Europe failed to do for nearly half a century, it crippled Russia’s ability to launch nuclear weapons and long range strikes. At least one arm of Russia’s nuclear trident was destroyed. Ukraine did that, on its own, successfully. Have you said thank you yet?

That part, yes. But it's disingenuous to claim that deficit-spending has been due to Democratic Presidents and not also to a two-party Congress, which passes the legislation in the first place.

Emergency video! Ukraine has the cards

Ukraine still holds some cards. An innovative use of Special Ops, uncrewed systems (drones) & fiber optic to counter Russian EW appears to have decimated much of the Russian air fleet over 4000 km from the front line. Seems Ukraine has many aces in the hole. www.reuters.com/business/aer...

A post from February 2020. He nailed it.

Trump talks about so much winning. Why is he walking away from this? Pick the winning side already.

"It's high time we stopped thinking politically...and started thinking patriotically as Americans." These words, spoken by Maine Senator Margaret Chase Smith, ring just as true 75 years later. Today, I declare it’s high time we put aside partisanship and stand up for democracy.

Agree with this. (Having lived in China for four years, and been based in Asia for nearly a decade since the 1980s.) And it's not just "world cop." It's "overall leader"—via universities, openness to outside people and ideas, info-flow, flawed-but-better-than-nothing advocacy of rules, etc.

The 'way to play it' is to get admitted to Trump's inner sanctum, then front-run his tweets. It ain't complicated.
