They'll move those programs alright .... to the DOGE Department of Oblivion (DODO).

I wish he weren't so obnoxious about it, though.

The way paying Federal withholding taxes is through the banks. I was an accountant for a number of years in charge of making deposits of employee Fed withholding to the bank. Frequency of payments depend on the accumulated undeposited amount, and I was making payments after each payday.

And this is how you message what Musk is doing. He's preparing to steal more than he's already stolen .... from everyone.

Are we learning how to do this yet?? I continue to wonder. Suggestion ... just say what that part of the Constitution says, without the reference to where. And that may be too complicated. Better yet, say what the impact on ordinary Americans is, in terms that we/they understand (impact on THEM).

Yup. Willful violation of the separation of powers sections of the Constitution.

I guess we won't mention the (at least) $90,000,000,000 he gets from his Federal contracts (e.g. SpaceX and StarLink), nor his attempting to destroy the departments that regulate those contracts.

Presuming BHM is Birmingham, AL. I hate guns, but I can understand wanting to buy one these days. Even I have thought about it, given I'm a gay man, let alone a gay white man married to a gay black man. I believe the 2nd amendment was intended to arm white militias looking for slaves, no?

The majority of them don't care what the Constitution says, given their actions since Trump appointed the last 3 of them. I wouldn't count on a good outcome.

The attempted coup against FDR. Couldn't get the general they wanted to participate in the illegal act.

oops .... strike "former".

And as usual, the (I presume) pundit says nothing to back up the statement. To be fair, neither did the degenerate former(?) Senator.

Honestly, that hadn't even occurred to me, and anyone who knows me also knows that I have a pretty dim view of human nature. Thanks for this insight!

Ummm. So someone earning capital gains income in the 10s of million to billions of dollars should be paying 15% tax on their income while laborers pay the same or a higher rate? I don't think so.
