Having people like Steve Bannon on his show, normalizing them, yukking it up w them is very helpful to trump.

"We" didn't. The dumbest people made the dumbest person president twice. "We" (you and I) fought like hell to prevent it.

Just got out of Costco, strangely empty for a late Friday afternoon. At this point the hoarding instinct is overtaken by layoff fear, which is 100% on point and logical.

I did it once, it did get me off my ass to write my hitchhiking travelogue novel Farawayer, so I'll give them that. Embracing AI? Nope. Over the prior years I had spent a lot of time fleshing out the framework, so it was easy to get into sprint mode and get the rough draft done in that one month.

Very annoying! I do them as footnotes in my paperback and hardcover. I use Atticus to write and format and it's wonderful at things like this.

That video is being shown all over TV here in Europe, they're correctly referring to us as now officially an authoritarian police state. All we hear, talking to people from around Europe, is incredulity and pity for what was once a respected country. All things must pass, it is said.

Again, not sure yet if it's credible but we seem to be provoking this every day with talk of ethnic cleansing in Gaza, daily threats, unleashing more genocide.

A few private Intel agencies like American Kinetic are reporting on this. It's on X and a few platforms. I participate on PrepperIntel and folks there tend to be the right blend of skeptical and not overreactive to hype.

Refusing to acknowledge the genocide by Israel hurt us in 2024. It’s time to be bold about progressivism, and point to the fantastic examples of it working in the happiest countries in the world. Especially now, as it’s clear that whatever this Trumpism is, it’s hurting working families.

They have poisoned working class voters with the constant old guard BS like refusing to quit when they’re obviously well past their prime, engaging in insider trading, etc. They corruptly rigged the primaries against Sanders in 2016 and we all paid the price.

To me, every democratic (small d) governor should be in intensive meetings every day to form a strategy and then essentially every minute of the day carrying it out. I'd like to hear what Pennsylvania's public education plan is for when the Title 1 federal funds are gone shortly, for example.

For sure, our daughter is a teacher, we know. But it's being decimated as we speak, at least public education. His efforts would be better served doing something about that.
