That’s the sense I’m getting too. I remember my mom giving me that book to read when I was 13 or 14. And I remember reading it thinking, “I could see how when she was younger, this would be a concern, but this wouldn’t happen now.” Boy was I wrong.

My advice to you is to save this email. The day you decide to quit and/or retire, hit a reply all when everyone has forgotten about it. Someone did this in the federal government once with a reply all. It was spectacular and we loved it.
