Emissions coming from Starlink are both intended (comms, data) which is narrowband, & unintended (which is broadband, and comes from the satellite itself). The unintended emissions are unregulated. It's the Wild West. SpaceX are not doing enough. In some bands, Starlink was seen in ~30% of data.
