During 45 admin, 'Con'gress removed the filibuster once.
It was so relax AMT, Annual Minimum Tax, which is the Min % that a Rich person MUST pay. We tax payers essentially gave a grant to the rich during the pandemic, which they used to shuffle their portfolios to private equities & prep for war.
