One of my favorite things about winter is that the sky is almost constantly cloudy. No bright sun hurting my eyes, and a carpet of snow makes everything so quiet and evenly lit. Shadows and contrast make it hard for me to see. Plus sweaters are comfy.

Chloroform is easy to make. Mix ice cold bleach and acetone, set it outside, and the oily chloroform collects at the bottom

Dysautonomia can be really distressing. If you have the agency: Test deep breathing. If that doesn't work, asthma. If it does eventually, sleep paralysis. If you Don't have the agency to attempt internet advice, its a panic attack. But tbh, for me, bio-errors turn into panic attacks anyway.
