I feel like I am going insane when I read stuff like this. Trump was the fucking president and he was a hawk who filled his administration with hawks! Mike Pompeo was the secretary of state for christssake!

Trump’s position in 2016 was that the only wars worth doing were wars of conquest! He spent his entire first term either escalating existing conflicts or trying to start new ones! He criticized Biden for opposing attacks on Iran! What is this guy even talking about?!?

Hash did that to my dad in the 70s, regular weed to my brother in the aughts. I'm never touching the stuff, because I'm probably sensitive to THC and the levels are just so much higher nowadays.

Yes, one could make critiques of US aid before Trump completely slit its throat. Finger-wagging at the perfidy of USAID after it’s already been destroyed and while people around the world are dying preventable deaths as a result makes you a ghoul.

"AI art" is bullshit (and runs on intellectual property theft). "AI travel agents" are bullshit. "AI protein folding" and at least some "AI code templating" are not bullshit.

Generative "AI" has legitimate use cases in which it is actually extremely useful. The vast majority of places where it's being sold are not that. In general, it's useful for cases where the cost of errors is low, ease of verification high, and the "AI"'s response time outperforms humans'.

Reincarnation is still something some Jews believe in. Anyway, IIRC the (secular) scholarly consensus is that Jewish belief in an afterlife beyond the dismal underworld of Sheol developed in reaction to the Babylonian exile.
