Dear manager, this week: 1. I have run 2. have crawled 3. I have scaled these city walls only to be with you 4. But I still haven't found what I'm looking for 5. But I still haven't found what I'm looking for

Thinking about how Lumen is doing racisms with Milkshake. Performance review said he does paperclips wrong (so he's totally incompetent) and he uses words that are too big (read: he's an "uppity" Black guy). He's already feeling besieged, can't imagine these latest aggressions will help. #severence

This is quite significant in many ways: the overt thuggery, Trump’s barely suppressed fury at being contradicted by a woman, the governor’s standing up, the total abandonment of the pretense of federalism, the continuing use of trans Americans the way Hitler used Jews.

When you're typing something in your phone and a text comes in and messes up what you weretyping

I'm trying to learn lessons like this while also not indulging in too much privilege-based frivolity, which is a fun thing to juggle 😂

I loved this @relationscapes.bsky.social episode, with @blairhodges.bsky.social interviewing Kate Mangino about building equal partnership marriages. Two things that jumped out: -Parity in burden-sharing has stalled since the mid-80s -Men also really benefit from networks to discuss homelife.

Happy to be on Conspirituality again!

How embarrassing. We released the wrong statement on HB267. See attached corrected statement #utpol

Rank corruption. Impeachable? I know it won't happen but in a sane world could it?

DOJ is melting down. Can Democrats muster one (1) tweet of outrage? Will anyone dare say Pam Bondi's name? Stay tuned!

If you needed something positive today, here it is.

Great thread on how kids get deployed by racist people in power

👇

The tactic of passing laws to protect powerful people (teachers here) from less powerful people (trans students) as a cover for enshrining more bullying and cruelty is really tiresome. Also evil.

UT rep. Nicholeen Peck proposed a bill to protect teachers from discipline if they mistakenly misgender or deadname trans students. It also creates legal protection for teachers who DELIBERATELY misgender trans kids as long as they do it based on "religious" beliefs. www.sltrib.com/news/politic...

ATTN: Utah will join every RAGA-sponsored lawsuit out there. I warned you. #utpol

I'm told Utah has joined this lawsuit to END PROTECTIONS AND ACCOMMODATIONS FOR DISABLED STUDENTS. You read that correctly.
