Oh no doubt, I just used Halo as an example because at the time it came out it was a Big Deal to have voice chat on a console and it was the first thing to come to mind. But in 1994 we barely had VOIP at all, original Marathon was WAY ahead of its time

Not enough people give Rance credit for inventing Sex 3

(That is of course the ORIGINAL Marathon, not the new game Bungie is making that's also named "Marathon" making any information about the original game impossible to locate.)

Were you going to use the sword to break it up?

The quoted tweet was from a Canadian monarchist (the existence of those people always surprises me) pointing out that their king has less power than the Supreme Court has granted Trump, and thinking I guess, that the protest today should be renamed to "WE ALL LOVE KINGS GIMME SOME MONARCHY!!!"

Neither should Canadians, by the way. Kick that asshole to the curb already!

Crichton's GOOD novels all turned into huge money making movies, what if we adapted one of his crappy novels??? Is the thinking behind this, Sphere, Congo, etc. (I liked 13th Warrior, sue me.)

The "American Prospect" actually used the word "tyrannical" to describe Boeing: prospect.org/economy/2025... I'm curious if they use the word "tyrannical" to describe the ACTUAL tyranny going on of ICE kidnapping and disappearing people without due process?

But news reporting if a Boeing plane suffers it's fist hull-loss after thousands have been in the air for a decade, and the crash isn't even attributed to the plane's design or construction: "Boeing's murderous executives who want you to die crashed a 787 in a scheme to give your mom cancer!"

Wow I'm old, I'm not sure OfficeMax even exists anymore-- it looks like Staples and Office Depot both have copy centers in most locations, worth phoning them up
comment in response to post
Back when I worked at OfficeMax we had a monster of a Xerox copier/printer/scanner/everything-er... you could look into that, see what their rates are

Could the evolved DVD put on some pants maybe

I'm not sure who you think they've been pissing off in gaming-- in fact Outer Worlds 2 is a Game Pass day one, so you could just subscribe that month and play the whole game for $10 (or whatever the intro rate is now) instead of $80. Nintendo has NOTHING like that
