Nothing deep to expect here. Just leisurely painting and converting miniatures for Warhammer (AoS, Warcry, 40k 2nd edition), Rackham and whatever else tickles my interest.

Massively rainy today, so spent some more time relaxing in the hostel and painting a bit more.
This is as far as I will take them here, I think. Forgot to bring a specific colour and have to plug up the slits on some bases before doing those, but quite happy with them for now!

Had to do some laundry this morning, so managed to make some small progress on this squad while waiting

Happy with the first round.
Not aiming for super clean results, since those will be part of a small pirates-themed force for 2nd Edition 40k

Got inspired to pick my DA „Unburdened“ up again.
Trying to finish up the Defenders Detachment I abandoned halfway last time.

Taking a short breather after finishing my Judges Cabal for Reign in Hell while deciding which project to tackle next, probably some more Rackham minis for a second Cabal …
Also trying to get some decent pics without getting too much hung up on all the flaws they expose 😂😂

The Slaughter Hound
A Slaughter Fiend who succumbed to the thrill of the hunt for the condamned in the domain of the Iuda‘s Court and has devolved into a raging, rabbit hound, only controlled by the leash of Durga, his accepted handler

Durga, the Tentacle Demon
As the most ambitious out of the Cabal‘s Enforcers Durga quickly rose to the position of Head Huntress, certainly to no small amount cemented by the fact that she excels in her duty as handler of the rabbid Slaughter Hound

Pogolosh, the Corpulent Demon
The most senior of the Cabals Enforcers.
He stalks his prey with an unhurried, steady pace and relentessly wears them out before going in for the kill.

Grotho, the Spined Demon
The newest of the trio of the Iuda’s Courts Enforcers.
He revels in bringing down his prey by adhereing to his own twistes code of honour and chivalery.

Currently working on the second batch of demonc minions for my #ReignInHell Cabal.
Did the leathers and cloth before work today, next are the chains, accesories, victims/Soulpods and bases
Models are the original Apostates of Darkness from Rackhams Confrontation

As a side project to counter the smaller detailwork on my ongoing demon Cabal I am brushing away on the Mourgheim (Warcry) townscape scenery to give my Flesh Eater Courts a fair realm to reign over.

Kirgan the Slaughterfiend
The most successful torturer, or confessor, as he hinself insists, within the IuDa‘s Court
Also he aspires to become an Executioner himself one day, so he has given himself into the tutelage of Keiloff. But where the master demonstrates artful finesse he displays savagery

Mornax the Armored Demon
The Warden of Order and Proceedings while the High Judge’s Court is in session
Seldom seen outside of the Court‘s Citadel since he also fulfills the role of the Lord-Jailor for captured souls waiting for their turn to be judged

The Mephits Mendriel and Mendrion are rare twinsouls and act as the High-Judges messangers, spies or just harry the convicted into the blades of the Enforcers

Keiloff is the Devout Enforcer of the IuDa‘s Court.
Fiercely loyal to Gorenesha‘s cause and happy to hone his skills by enforcing her judgements on the fiercest of foes

Gorenesha,
the Zealot Leader and High-Judge of the IuDa‘s Court.
Giving clear sets of laws and rules to her Enforcers she ensures their minds are kept strong on her cause so they don‘t degenerate further.
With her Hammer of Lightening she is more then capable to enforce her judgements herself

Their main realm of influence within Hell is known as the Swamp of Crime.
And ever shifting scape of foggy marshes and rotting swamps where criminals and rule-breakers are tossed to wander without direction while being hunted by the Cabals Enforcers.

This shall be my hobby-progress- and fluff-log for the Judges Demon Cabal „IuDa‘sCourt“ (Iudicio Damnatorum/judgement of the Damned) for #ReignInHell by @snarlingbadgers.bsky.social
A final groupshot will ve added here when they are all done .

Heroes of bygone times still standing tall even in these times of new and shiny things.
Still my favourites line in all 40k

Taking the chance again to advocate some recently finished miniatures from Rackham‘s Confrontation line.
Still one of the best out there in my humble opinion. Really happy to finally tackle some more of these morbid beauties

Mostly overlooked by the selfproclaimed panache of the Biggies it is the schemes, machinations and struggles of little folks, which shall ultimately shape the fate of the Realms
