I watch Youtube on my PS5 mostly and I always get inflicted by this kind of stuff because there's always a "trending" tab that shows me the most empty brained garbage. I can't escape it!

And all I could think, through gritted teeth, was "Yeah, because you made it that way on purpose." I'm old enough to remember Youtube's many attempts to REMOVE the subscriptions feed entirely around 2010 and 2011. Fifteen years of trying to wrench people towards an algorithm-exclusive feed.

I could, and have in the past, gone on SUCH an angry rant about the time I spoke to Youtube's official "liason" about why a video I put lots of effort into got ignored by the algo and he said basically nobody uses the subs feed. It was some pitiful number like 10%. 70% comes from the front door.

The thing is, if I remember right, this is just a very cheap, normal water bottle (that's the joke). But it's full of dust. So you "drink" from the bottle and it gunks up the cap and eventually nothing comes out anymore.
