yes, fusion can be intimate. but some relationships are platonic friendships or relationships between relatives (siblings, parents, etc). for example: if two gems see themselves as sisters then they can fuse and that's what the fusion will represent.

to each their own. i'm on my 6th playthrough at the moment. i' also a big fan of the series since 2009 and love all four games and veilguard is my favourite.
regardless of our personal choice, only using the first two months to judge the success of a game is not a good metric.

so as others said 250 million budget is very unlikely and very possibly false.
of course, we also need to take into account that the expectations were for the first two months after release which as we all know are the only ones who count. it's not like games continue to sell years after release.

clearly it's the developers' fault that the execs forced them through 3 development cycles which led to the game taking 10 years to be made. definitely not not a lack of resource management on the execs.
