Remember when we had a Constitution that said only Congress can declare war, because the Founders thought maybe it should be a considered decision reached in common by people of diverse views rather than just letting one person say oh hell, why not? Those were better days.

Missouri is suing Starbucks for hiring too many female & nonwhite employees and discriminating against white men. It clearly has not occurred to him that white men buy coffee en route to their higher-paying jobs that are less available to others, who thus must work at places like Starbucks.
