Lawyer, here. Habeas corpus (pls Google it) applies to every human on U.S. soil, regardless of citizenship. Put plainly, habeas corpus has been eliminated, for all practical purposes. I’ve personally spoken to many who’ve been arrested/caged, 100% unaware of what law they’re thought to’ve broken.🇺🇸
