I beat Mega Man 11. It was fun. I think 3, 9, and 4 are still my favorites. I’d probably place it below 10, which is also quite good. It’s a really nice modernization without losing what makes Mega Man what it is. I hope they make a 12!

I haven’t really thought about Switch 2 bc I can’t really afford to live, my friends are being systematically oppressed, and my country is still helping Nazis in the Middle East commit genocide while the Nazi takeover of my government is nearly absolute at this point. So yeah, not on my mind tbh.

Just spent all night working on the new parser for FuncGodot. Added both TrenchBroom Groups and VMF Visgroups, and TB groups can now be omitted properly (there's a longstanding bug with layer omission in f_g). The parser can also be extended to potentially support other map editors... 🤔

Just spent all night working on the new parser for FuncGodot. Added both TrenchBroom Groups and VMF Visgroups, and TB groups can now be omitted properly (there's a longstanding bug with layer omission in f_g). The parser can also be extended to potentially support other map editors... 🤔

There was a moment where John immediately, absolutely instantly, recognized an intentional homage to one of his Doom maps and it was a beautiful moment. He reads rooms in maps so quickly, it’s amazing.

Doing what I can to not spread anger, but to try and keep people informed from what I've learned about DomoAI in Discord DomoAI's main service is AI image generation (yuck). This is not a new way for Discord to secretly sell your text data, this is a 3rd party service promoting their own 'product'

I’ve already switched to using LibreOffice but now I’m looking for a OneDrive replacement. I use it somewhat heavily at the moment, though decreasingly so. Main thing I use it for now is easy file xfer between my iphone and PC. Open to suggestions!

seeing a bunch of people critique this article i enjoyed and thought was accurate - i think the word “deprofessionalization” is tweaking people i read this to mean that investors aren’t viewing games as a professional industry anymore so much as a series of cheap lottery tickets this is true

I remember how heavy his corpse was, despite all his lost weight. I remember shutting off.
