Say things don’t work. Say that you are going to “fix it”. Make things worse. Use the worse outcomes to justify more “fixes”. Repeat until there is nothing to fix. Delete. What the administration is doing is not by accident, it’s by design.

They're not trying to make the government more efficient. They're trying to break the government so they can enrich themselves. Scott Walker did this in Wisconsin in 2011 with his union-busting "budget repair bill," which had nothing to do with budget repair. Same con every time.
