We don’t need to delude ourselves into think they may or may not do so.
They are fully prepared to use the “savings” to justify tax cuts

I remember first learning about this in @ioangrillo.bsky.social’s book Blood Gun Money! Definitely worth the read

The current Democratic Party Leadership could learn a thing or two from him - or out least get out of Congress if they are gonna lay down and die

“Detectives have yet to identify a suspect or motive in the incident, but noted that they believe that Marodi knew the perpetrator and are treating this case as a potential domestic violence incident.”
I hope they find whoever did this. If it wasn’t domestic, the alternative is frightening as well

It’s a shame that people are going to be harmed in the process - they are all complicit in this anti-vax nonsense. Big FAFO energy

They want a government that serves billionaires, not the people. We’re not rolling over. Feb 19, we fight back.

Honestly, with the current trajectory I don’t see how this does not end with violence. Worst, that violence will be used as justification to give free reign for the administration to enact whatever they want

Admittedly, I don’t know if anyone would against Connolly, but if I stumbled across a legit contender I would support them 100%. Just something to consider if you have the time, but I’ll keep following your posts either way. Keep it up!

Your main focus on flipping House seats and judicial races is fantastic. I think a natural extension would be to boost primary challengers running against out of touch, ineffective, or unresponsive Congress members especially in safe blue areas.

He’s been in office since 2009 and is now the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee. I don’t think he’s an effective spokesperson for the moment we find ourselves in. Yet there he is due to party seniority status. He is in a safe +18 D district.

Any chance of covering Dem Primaries? With party leadership prioritizing seniority, I feel the only way to have a more responsive party is to have another “AOC defeats Crowley” moment. And yes, I’m thinking specifically about Gerry Connolly
