I learned it was an *known* Apple problem a couple months ago. Not enough of a problem to fix, or they're incapable of finding the problem.

Ok, I'll bite, which "Quality" indicators? I find that "Quality" is not the best label to describe the indicators or elements in the various rubrics. The indicators seem to focus on process not outcome, checking a box vs. impact on learning, and so on.

In other words, it doesn't matter what they say they're going to do, or what they're planning on doing, if their culture conflicts with that strategy, the strategy will fail. Probably won't ever get implemented.
