Janet Mills is definitely on our side.
There are 23 Democratic governors in the US.
Most are on #TeamDemocracy with the possible exception of 2-3 who are Trump curious/enablers(?) but TWENTY are pretty solid as of this moment.

The process basically boils down to Dems offering as many amendments as we can to try and strike down the worst spending cuts. So far Republicans have blocked every single one. Will keep you updated.
